I may be bunged up and suffering from a full blown head cold, but that isn’t going to stop me from gushing about the fabulous past seven days! I missed out on documenting the wonderfulness last week, as university had me feeling all kinds of worn out, but as I approach the end of term, the craziness is dying down a bit and I can start to get my life back in order (after I have shifted this damned cold…)
One more week left of term. Eight hours of contact time. Four hours of lectures and four hours of seminars. That is all I have left (and some pesky exams) between now and graduation. I can’t quite believe it.
March, you have been everything I have been expecting and, at the same time, completely different. When I was looking over the year at the beginning of January, March was the month I was dreading the most. As a final year university student, with deadlines all due in the first week of April, March was set to be pretty coursework heavy. While it has by no means been a fun month, at the same time, my levels of stress haven’t sky-rocketed like I predicted. Now I can breathe a sigh of relief that this damned month is over, and now I only have one essay and three exams standing in my way before I have finished uni for good!
When life means you are too busy to even feed yourself properly (what’s a vegetable?!), then it’s good to have something on hand that satisfies those chocolate cravings, without being full of refined sugars and all that other nasty business. Luckily, I made these beauties a little while ago and they have been patiently waiting in my freezer, for moments just like this.
